Senior Portfolio Manager, Hip (Remote) – Stryker Join Stryker as the Senior Portfolio Manager on the Hip Portfolio team. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Hip Revision surgery by leading the portfolio innovation program and strategy, partnering with top surgeons, the sales force, and internal stakeholders. This remote position supports travel to Mahwah, New Jersey, and key meetings throughout the year.

What You Will Do

Design, execute, and analyze quantitative and qualitative research to inform product roadmap decisions.Anticipate the needs of customers and patients and create a superior value proposition.

Obtain insights by leveraging key opinion leaders, internal and external customers.

Lead VOC strategic initiatives to support unmet customer needs.

Utilize market research and third‑party data to identify key industry trends.

Build financial business‑case models to support new product development funding and ROI.

Deliver the business and marketing objectives and lead the discovery process for the pre‑commercialization plan.

Collaborate cross‑departmentally through the new product development (NPDP) process.

Target customers based on total market potential and opportunity.

Leverage core competencies and strategic assets to maximize new product development and launch planning.

Execute a product lifecycle management (PLCM) plan aligned with overall business and launch strategy.

Identify potential new volume sources within current and adjacent customer segments, evaluating financial tradeoffs.

Predict sales trends and research key factors used for market forecasting.

Define performance criteria for evaluating business trends and activities.

What You Need Required

Bachelor’s degree.

6+ years of work experience.

Proven experience leading product or portfolio strategy from concept to launch, aligning with future customer need.

Experience in orthopedic solutions product development and portfolio strategy.

Preferred

3+ years in upstream marketing or portfolio strategy in the medical device or healthcare industry.

3+ years supporting R&D product development processes in the medical device or healthcare industry.

MBA degree.

$100,500 - $215,300
