Sales Director (Financial Services) – Remote Work

About the Role In this hunter position, you will source, nurture, and close new BairesDev clients, primarily from your network and industry contacts within the Financial Services sector. You will primarily focus on banking, insurance, fintech, and investment management industries.
What You’ll Do Hunting
Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise‑level clients.
Originate and nurture business relationships that lead to engagement opportunities.
Present BairesDev’s unique value proposition tailored to senior executives of potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Project Management
Scope projects, shape engagements, and define business solutions to meet client needs.
Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets.
Plan resources, organize and mobilize multidisciplinary teams throughout the complex sales cycle.
Identify and mitigate key risks through tactical plans and actions.
We Are Looking For
5+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services sectors with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong experience in business development, institutional sales, relationship management, or client advisory within the financial services sector.
Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and enterprise accounts.
Excellent understanding of the Financial Services industry, including key players, strategies, client structure, and emerging trends.
Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical approach focused on client relationships.
Deep knowledge of financial systems, regulatory compliance technology, trading platforms, and related challenges.
Ability to deliver compelling, tailored presentations to potential clients.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, detail‑oriented, and deadline‑driven.
Native English or fully bilingual in English.
