About the Role In this role, you will source, nurture, and close new BairesDev clients primarily from your network and industry contacts that are not inbound leads. This is a hunter position.

What You’ll Do Hunting

Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise‑level clients across the healthcare industry (Hospitals, Health Systems, Pharmaceuticals, MedTech).

Originate and nurture business relationships that result in engagement opportunities.

Present BairesDev’s unique value proposition tailored to the needs of senior executives.

Project Management

Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy client needs and achieve desired outcomes.

Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals.

Plan resources, organize, and mobilize cross‑functional teams throughout the complex sales cycle.

Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions.

We Are Looking for:

5+ years of relevant experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or Health Systems sectors with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.

Strong experience in business development, account management, vendor relations, or clinical partnerships within the healthcare sector.

Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and enterprise accounts within healthcare or life sciences markets.

Excellent understanding of the healthcare industry, key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub‑verticals, needs, challenges, and key trends.

Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical approach with a focus on initiating and building client relationships.

Strong understanding of healthcare information systems, EHR platforms, compliance requirements, and technological challenges commonly faced in the industry.

Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.

Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach; detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven.

Native English or fully bilingual (English).
