Roessel Joy is looking for a motivated, driven individual to join our team. The role is best‑suited for an independent self‑starter with a high level of drive, great relationship‑building and leadership skills, and the ability to function confidently and professionally within a sales environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct intake meetings with candidates based on experience.
Publish job ads on career pages, job boards and social media.
Source and contact passive candidates online.
Network with candidates offline during job fairs and networking events.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Interview candidates (Zoom or in‑person) to build a network and provide talent to the sales team.
Update candidates on hiring status for specific roles.
Prepare candidates before client interviews.
Create talent pipelines with high‑potential candidates for future opportunities.
Keep detailed records of candidate information and past feedback for future roles.
Manage a portfolio of candidates and maintain good relationships with them.
Adhere to core activity metrics laid out by management.
Requirements
BS/BA in business management or a related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced competitive sales environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail.
Desire to grow and take on more responsibilities.
Desire to exceed metric benchmarks and become a top producer.
1+ year’s experience as a top producer from another staffing agency a plus but not required.
Industry‑leading commission payouts.
