Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced manager to join the Corporate FP&A team. This is a critical role in supporting the organization’s strategic and financial objectives through providing data‑driven insights and analyses around key reporting metrics. The ideal candidate will possess strong modeling and analytical skills, a knack for process optimization, and the ability to influence outcomes across global functions.
Responsibilities
Financial Management: Assist in enhancing the analytical capabilities of the team by developing new or enhancing existing processes for improved speed, accuracy and functionality.
Cross‑Functional Partnership: Collaborate with cross‑functional business organizations, providing insights and support for financial decision‑making.
Data Analysis: Analyze financial and operational data to provide comprehensive insights, addressing the "what," "why," and "so what" of performance metrics.
KPI Development: Support the review and establishment of financial and non‑financial KPIs to measure performance and drive accountability.
Strategic Projects: Contribute to strategic projects that align with the company’s goals, ensuring effective execution and communication.
Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc analyses as required to support business initiatives and decision‑making.
Qualifications
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in finance, business, or a related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is required. Master’s degree or professional certifications (CFA, CPA) preferred.
FP&A Tools: Experience with tools such as Oracle, SQL, Power BI is preferred. Strong Excel proficiency is required.
Communication Skills: Strong communication style with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Influence and Collaboration: Ability to help drive decision making by partnering with key business contacts and providing relevant and timely analytics.
Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity, championing change, and stretching beyond comfort zones to drive improvements.
Targeted Pay Range
Canada - Toronto Office (TRO): 99,000 – 149,000 CAD / Annual
United States – Denver Office (DEO): 103,000 – 155,000 USD / Annual
United States – Dallas Infomart Office (DAI): 103,000 – 155,000 USD / Annual
United States – Tampa Office (TAO): 103,000 – 155,000 USD / Annual
Non‑cash compensation includes bonus and equity; base pay only is reflected above.
