Overview Our client a global leader in complex API development and manufacturing is looking to add a Reliability Engineer to their team. This candidate will have a high impact role in influencing plant reliability, compliance, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously improve asset maintenance and reliability strategies
Identify and mitigate asset reliability risks impacting plant operations
Lead failure analysis, RCA/RCFA, and reliability modeling initiatives
Support maintenance and production teams with technical expertise
Participate in equipment design reviews, commissioning, and supplier evaluations
Requirements
BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, engineering, operations, or production management
Experience in bulk pharmaceutical manufacturing and related support systems
Strong preventive and predictive maintenance expertise (vibration analysis, oil monitoring, thermography)
Working knowledge of CMMS
Lean / Six Sigma experience
Strong communication, documentation, and technical writing skills
