As the Merchandise Leader, you are the Merchandising Team Leader’s right hand ensuring the store consistently meets AEO Brand Visual Standards. Your responsibilities include executing effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and maintaining guest readiness through replenishment. You bring attention to detail, passion for visual standards, and a team‑first mindset. You also represent our company values and bring your authentic self to work each day.
Your Responsibilities
Support the Merchandising Team Leader in driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store exemplifies AEO Brand Standards.
Train and coach the Floorset team, set clear productivity goals, and execute all store areas to Floorset standards, from uppers and bustforms to tables and wardrobers.
Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, and replenishment, identifying merchandising opportunities and collaborating with leadership to take action.
Ensure the merchandising team focuses on the guest experience, champions a culture of recognition, and celebrates wins.
Maintain store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom; commit to shrink‑reduction strategies and adhere to AEO policies.
