Analyst, Service Enablement Group (SEG) - Supply Chain, Reporting

As Analyst, Service Enablement Group (SEG) - Supply Chain, Reporting you will support the global standardization and enhancement of supply chain processes and reporting. Your work will drive efficiency, visibility, and insight through process design, data analytics, and system integration across Newmont's global operations.

As part of our team you will :

Design and implement standardized, efficient supply chain processes across sourcing, procurement, accounts payable, and travel expense management.

Define and track supply chain KPIs and reporting dashboards to ensure consistent performance.

Leverage ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to drive operational insights and automation.

Conduct impact analyses, resource planning, and cost-benefit evaluations for supply chain tools and initiatives.

Collaborate with finance, technical, and operational teams to support system integration and continuous improvement.

Establish governance routines, process controls, and RACI frameworks to monitor compliance and drive accountability.

Prerequisites for your success in this role :

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications (APICS, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.

7+ years of experience in supply chain process improvement, reporting, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP MM / WM, P2P, S2C, AP, Purchasing, Contracts, Ariba / Fieldglass).

Proficiency in developing dashboards and KPIs using Power BI or similar tools.

Experience with SAP Datasphere.

Understanding of foundational SAP Tables.

Hands-on Data Modeling.

SQL (or other) data transformation experience.

Comprehensive understanding of governance, report security features, integration architecture.

Databricks, Automation Anywhere, and Power Platform experience a plus.

Demonstrated ability to apply functional experience in a fast‑paced, continuous improvement data landscape.

Experience translating operational data into actionable insights for cross‑functional teams.

Skilled in implementing automation and integrating supply chain data across systems.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a global matrix environment.

English fluency required; Spanish is a plus.

Your work environment :

The preferred location for candidates is near our corporate headquarters, in Denver, Colorado; however, highly qualified candidates near our regional offices, or any of our site locations, will be considered.

Collaboration and interaction are expected with teams across the global, regional, and site organization as well as across other service and operational areas of Newmont across multiple time zones.

The listed salary range applies to positions based in Colorado. Compensation may vary for candidates hired in other locations.
