Paladin Consulting is currently hiring an AWM - Operations - Private Banking - Analyst to join our team working onsite at our client’s office in Salt Lake City, UT. This role is a 6‑month contract.
Education/Experience Required: Bachelor's degree and prior experience in financial services is a plus.
Job Description & Responsibilities
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Private Banking organization by developing a deeper understanding of banking products and growing your network across operations, technology, compliance, legal, and the business
Refine your client service skills by partnering with PWM PWAs and WMPS to assist clients in account enrollment, product inquiries, and ongoing service of banking products
Become involved with innovative fraud strategy development to protect client and firm assets from the ever growing fraud landscape
Showcase strong control and risk management skills by ensuring we stay in compliance with industry regulations and firm policies
Develop strategies and opportunities for process efficiencies to reduce manual tasks while increasing control in a rapidly growing business
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, with prior experience working in financial services as a plus
Proven client service skills, teamwork and a sense of urgency to fulfill time sensitive and highly confidential tasks
Ability to develop and nurture relationships with senior business leaders within a cross divisional team
Self‑motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability for projects, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment
