YOUR IMPACT Are you looking to apply your strong customer service skills and strengthen relationships with senior business leaders in an impactful way? The Private Wealth Management (PWM) Private Banking Operations team is seeking a professional who can collaborate with the PWM business, legal, compliance, vendors, and other operations teams to perform critical control functions in a rapidly growing business while delivering an excellent client experience.

OUR IMPACT Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all parts of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. For every trade agreed, every new product launched or market entered, every transaction completed, it is Operations that develops the processes and controls that makes business flow.

The Private Banking Operations team is a high-paced risk management and client service team. The team is responsible for inside and outside the firm banking inquires, daily vendor settlements, balance and break reconciliations, account enrollment, vendor management, and fraud monitoring for all banking products (i.e. debit cards, checking, ACH, Bill Pay, etc.) in support of the PWM client account base.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Private Banking organization by developing a deeper understanding of banking products and growing your network across operations, technology, compliance, legal, and the business

Refine your client service skills by partnering with PWM PWAs and WMPS to assist clients in account enrollment, product inquires, and ongoing service of banking products

Become involved with innovative fraud strategy development to protect client and firm assets from the ever growing fraud landscape

Showcase strong control and risk management skills by ensuring we stay in compliance with industry regulations and firm policies

Develop strategies and opportunities for process efficiencies to reduce manual tasks while increasing control in a rapidly growing business

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree, with prior experience working in financial services as a plus

Proven client service skills, teamwork and a sense of urgency to fulfill time sensitive and highly confidential tasks

Ability to develop and nurture relationships with senior business leaders within a cross divisional team

Self‑motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability for projects, has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities

Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment

Education Bachelor's degree, with prior experience working in financial services as a plus
