Responsibilities
Thought partner and/or lead across all brands on assortment, specs, supplier selection, packaging & supply chain implications, and Financials/Margin Management
Understand and interpret basic Commodity Market impacts & other market influences and partner with the Commodity Strategists on relevant impacts to current contracts and/or upcoming events.
Maintain market surveillance and develop plans to maintain and/or gain competitive advantages thru appropriate timing for execution and/or support of Sourcing events.
Plan & execute RFPs
Provide all necessary input for the preparation of Fresh contracts (MSAs, PLMSAs, CRCs, Schedules, etc.) & be accountable for the final documentation review/approval.
Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.
Qualifications
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of the appointment.
General knowledge of industry and suppliers.
Presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Conflict management skills.
Ability to influence others without authority.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
2+ years of related Sourcing, Negotiating, Category, & vendor management experience (preferred).
Change Management, Project Management/Facilitation experience.
Exposure to P&L management, language, etc.
Mastery of Microsoft suite.
Benefits & Compensation Location: Scarborough, ME / Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560 (ME/NC/PA/SC); $86,320 - $129,480 (IL/MA/MD).
Eligible for incentive bonus based on company performance.
