A leading global law firm is seeking aSenior Litigation Paralegal to join the team in Washington, D.C.

Who You Are

You have at least 10 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal

Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certification, preferred

You havearbitration and trial experience

Deeply familiar with litigation procedures, terminology, and jurisdictional processes

Strong understanding of legal billing processes and timekeeping systems

Advancedproficiencyin MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and document editing/comparison tools

Skilled in online legal research using LexisNexis, Westlaw, PACER, CM/ECF, and other electronic court databases

WhatYou’llDo

Coordinate, organize, and prepare complex legal documents under attorney supervision

Build andmaintaincase files; manage document organization and review

Conduct factual research using internal and external resources

Assistattorneys with deposition preparation andlogistics

Perform e-discovery searches using platforms like Relativity and coordinate document productions

Format and cite-check briefs and motions for compliance

Proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy before filing

Support trial preparation, attend court proceedings, and managelogisticsincluding travel arrangements

What Success Looks Like

Legal documents and filings are delivered accurately and on schedule

Collaboration with attorneys and internal teams across multiple cases is consistently maintained

Trial and deposition support ensures proceedings run smoothly

Research, formatting, and compliance standards are upheld at the highest level

Salary Range $110,000 – 155,000 annually, based on experience

Location Washington, D.C. – Hybrid
