Compensation:
$85,000–$100,000 base + bonus (flexible based on experience)
Overview We are seeking a WMS Specialist / WMS Systems Analyst to own and support enterprise Warehouse Management Systems, with a strong preference for experience in Manhattan Scale (Manhattan Associates) and/or Nulogy. This is a high-visibility role partnering closely with warehouse, manufacturing, and supply chain leadership, with regular exposure to senior and executive stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings a mix of hands-on WMS systems expertise and operational understanding, with the ability to deliver improvements quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary systems owner for WMS platforms (Manhattan Scale and/or Nulogy)
Configure, support, and enhance WMS functionality to meet operational needs
Partner with warehouse and manufacturing teams to optimize workflows and system usage
Lead and support integrations with ERP, TMS, MES, automation, scanners, and third‑party platforms
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution
Support testing, UAT, deployments, and upgrades
Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners as needed
Provide system documentation, training, and user support
Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and throughput
Communicate status, risks, and results to leadership, including executive stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Hands‑on experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Experience with Manhattan Scale / Manhattan WMS OR Nulogy (either is acceptable)
Strong understanding of warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
Experience supporting or implementing system configurations, enhancements, or integrations
Ability to work effectively in an on‑site operational environment
Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a high‑visibility role
