Must have strong director experience in a medium-sized facility, MT (ASCP), Master's highly preferred. Candidates must have extensive experience and proven results as Director of Lab Services, with a BS degree; a Master's degree is highly preferred. REQUIREMENTS: Six (6) years of clinical laboratory experience, with two (2) years of management experience. Bachelor's Degree in Sciences required. Texas Clinical Laboratory Scientist licensure required. Extensive knowledge of principles, procedures, and techniques of clinical laboratory analysis, laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. An advanced degree in Science or Business is preferred. Candidates must also have a steady work history. The client offers excellent compensation, benefits, and other perks.
