Head of Production

Help shape the future of our production and take responsibility for ten production departments with nearly 200 highly committed employees – from assembly and motor manufacturing to metalworking and electronics. Help us further expand our competitive advantage with lean concepts, digitalization, and automation. Your Tasks Overall responsibility for the production area, including responsibility for personnel, cost centers, and results. Definition of a future-oriented production strategy with measurable annual productivity targets. Systematic use of key figures to manage performance, quality, costs, and delivery reliability. Further development of lean methods and continuous improvement, as well as increasing the level of automation and digitalization. Building a high-performing leadership team, including succession and resource planning. Daily contact with the production teams to ensure delivery capability and performance. Your Profile Basic education in mechanical or electrical engineering with further training (at least university of applied sciences level). Proven leadership experience in the development and transformation of production areas. Several years of experience in industrial series and small-batch production. Excellent knowledge of lean manufacturing, production systems and technologies, as well as automation. Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
