Senior NFP Director
to join their team. This strategic leadership role is ideal for a seasoned finance executive with deep experience in non-profit financial management. Reporting to the Deputy CFO, you will oversee the development of consolidated budgets, financial reporting, and board presentations, while providing guidance to a team of three. You’ll collaborate with business unit chiefs and staff to ensure alignment with organizational goals and policies. Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of consolidated operating and program budgets Present comprehensive financial statements and board reports Advise business units on strategic financial matters and budget development Conduct quarterly financial reviews and variance analysis Ensure compliance with APA policies and communication standards Mentor and guide a team of three finance professionals Qualifications
9+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant non-profit/association background BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field Advanced proficiency in accounting and budgeting software (Microsoft Dynamics 365, BI360/Solver, Planful, etc.) Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Experience preparing financial analysis and board-level reporting Salary:
