What You Will Do
• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Register patients, update demographics and insurance information, and collect copays
• Answer incoming calls, route messages, and support communication between patients and clinical staff
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments while providing clear visit details
• Maintain accurate records while following confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines
• Additional duties may be assigned
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one year experience in a medical xrczosw front office setting
• Experience with scheduling systems and insurance verification
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Reliable attendance and strong dependability
