Pay Rate: $19.50/hr. + $1.00 Shift Differential ($20.50/hr. total)
Schedule:

• Monday–Wednesday: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Rotating Thursday: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Overview

The Manufacturing Operator 1 is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining automated production equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment. Operators will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure consistent product quality while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and shut down automated production lines, including managing changeovers and adjustments
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance; identify and escalate equipment repair needs
• Troubleshoot machine faults and resolve basic performance or quality issues
• Accurately document production, quality, and maintenance activities in compliance with GMP standards xrczosw
• Monitor operational metrics such as output, scrap, and downtime
• Use SAP to manage inventory and production data; utilize MES for workflow support and traceability
• Pull and feed raw materials; manage inventory of components and finished goods
• Participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
• Provide input on SOPs and assist with training new team members
• Support overtime needs as required by business operations
