Boynton Beach, Florida Opportunity Highlights: Take ownership of financial systems and controls, shaping the company's growth trajectory in a fast-expanding construction business Collaborate closely with the CFO and direct exposure to leadership Work across multiple lines of business, gaining broad exposure to all aspects of financial operations Significant opportunity for career advancement and promotion as the company continues to expand Enjoy competitive benefits including employer-sponsored health coverage, paid holidays, and 3 weeks of PTO Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant: Lead month-end close, prepare financial statements, perform variance analysis, and maintain rolling cost cash flow forecasts Implement and maintain strong financial controls across projects of all sizes Oversee job costing, AIA billing, collections, accounts payable, and Work-In-Progress (WIP) accounting to optimize cash flow and profitability Identify and drive process improvements across finance and back-office operations Partner with Project Managers to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting Qualifications: 10+ years of accounting experience in construction or related industry Knowledge of job costing, including WIP, AIA, Lien Releases, etc. QuickBooks experience preferred Bachelor's Degree preferred
