What You'll Do
Manage
project accounting
for multiple construction projects, ensuring accurate financial tracking. Prepare and submit
AIA billing , progress payment applications, and lien waivers. Track
change orders , monitor payment statuses, and assist with light collections. Collaborate with
Project Managers
to ensure compliance and timely billing. Maintain project cost reports, reconcile subledger to general ledger, and support
month-end close .
What We're Looking For
Construction Accounting Experience
(AIA billing strongly preferred). Familiarity with
Procore ,
Textura , or similar construction accounting platforms. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication. Intermediate to advanced
Excel
skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Compensation & Schedule
Salary:
Competitive, based on experience ($60K-$90K DOE). Bonus:
Historically equivalent to one week's pay. Parking:
Free on-site parking. Schedule:
Flexible start times (5:30 AM-8:00 AM); hybrid potential after training.
