About the Role:
A leading bakery ingredients manufacturer is seeking a detail-oriented
Pricing Analyst
to join their finance team. This
Pricing Analyst
will support margin analysis, pricing strategy, and financial reporting while working closely with the Plant Controller and cross-functional teams. This is a high-impact role with visibility into sales, operations, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Conduct gross margin and profitability analysis, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
Support sales pricing requests, customer quotes, and cost evaluations as the
Pricing Analyst .
Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and pricing models to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with Production, Sales, and Finance to optimize margins and pricing strategies.
Track pricing outcomes, evaluate promotion plans, and recommend adjustments to senior leadership.
Leverage ERP and CRM systems (Microsoft Navision, Microsoft CRM) and advanced Excel for modeling, automation, and reporting.
Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, CPG, or cost/pricing-focused finance roles.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling, automation mindset).
Solid understanding of cost structures, pricing, and margin analysis.
Analytical, proactive, and able to communicate insights to senior leadership.
Comfortable in a growing, evolving environment with processes being built and refined.
