As they expand, they are seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Pricing Analyst to join their team and play a pivotal role in shaping pricing strategies that maximize profitability, competitiveness, and customer value. Senior Pricing Analyst Responsibilities: Analyze pricing and operational data, market trends, and customer insights to develop pricing models and recommendations. Collaborate with Sales, R&D and Operations teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives. Monitor and evaluate the performance of pricing strategies, via annual price reviews and updates and adjust based on customer feedback and internal KPIs. Conduct margin analysis, including price, mix, volume analysis and cost-to-serve evaluations to support pricing decisions. Collaborate cross functionally to support conclusions. Perform Return on Investment and "What If" scenario analysis for various investments around sales/customer initiatives. Develop and maintain pricing tools, dashboards, and reports for internal stakeholders. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying efficiencies and providing reporting, specifically around inventory management. Support new product launches with pricing and scenario planning, including establishing rebate and penalty structures by developing a strong understanding of the Company's overhead structure. Provide insights on customer segmentation and price elasticity to inform profit optimization strategies. Perform various month end close activities. Support interim and year end audit activities related to product costing. Other analysis and activities as assigned.

Senior Pricing Analyst Educations and Desired Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. 5+ years of pricing analysis experience, ideally in food or consumer goods. Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial modeling. Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments. Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with strong presentation skills. Organizational skills to manage competing priorities effectively. ERP experience Knowledge of promotional pricing, trade spend analysis, and channel-specific strategies preferred.
