DaVita is transforming kidney care, and we're looking for a Market Director to join our Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) team and lead our Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) program in Northern California, Oregon, and Washington. This is more than a job; it's a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on patient lives. As a Market Director, you will be at the forefront of value-based care, leading a dedicated team and fostering key partnerships with nephrologists to improve patient outcomes across a complex and dynamic market.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a stable and high-performing team of managers and frontline teammates (NPs, RNs, Care Coordinators, and Engagement Specialists).
Drive operational excellence to achieve critical clinical and financial goals.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with our vital physician partners.
Champion a clinical strategy focused on providing upstream education and preventative comprehensive care to delay disease progression, reducing preventable hospitalizations, and ensuring smooth care transitions for our patients.
We're looking for a leader with proven experience in operational leadership (preferably in value-based care or primary care), a strong record of talent development, and a knack for building trust with key stakeholders. This is a hybrid role that involves local and regional travel.
