About the Role Digital marketing drives every consumer journey, yet many companies only measure its impact on their digital outcomes. We measure and optimize marketing campaigns at the enterprise level, online and offline, for household names across retail, healthcare, education, CPG, and hospitality. We are looking for a bold

Account Director

to lead two to four major client accounts, create world-class client experiences, and steer mid-to-long-term account growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead cross‑functional marketing strategies and roadmaps aligned with client priorities that drive results and grow the business on a one‑to‑three‑year horizon.

Communicate regularly & timely messaging on overall health of accounts to key senior internal & external partners.

Own overall performance KPIs, keeping a pulse against goals, removing barriers to drive forward momentum.

Lead, retain, and grow the relationship performance of two to four Ovative accounts.

Actively coach account teams, account managers & future account directors to solve complex client problems.

Support teams in structuring workstreams, allocating resources, providing role clarity and aligning subject‑matter expertise.

Inform staffing strategy and help recruit, onboard and develop new Ovative team members and leaders.

Requirements

Strong analytical, conceptual, and big‑picture problem‑solving abilities using sound critical‑thinking techniques.

10+ years of experience directly responsible for leading cross‑functional business strategies through clear communication, structured problem‑solving skills, and project management ownership.

5+ years of experience managing direct reports.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Deep understanding of how digital can drive an enterprise business forward.

Preferred

Previous experience operating hands‑on digital marketing strategies and execution to drive business impact.

Digital strategy consulting experience.

Media planning and buying experience.

Experience across both branding and direct response initiatives.

Pay Transparency Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. For Director positions, compensation ranges from $123,000 to $228,000, inclusive of a 30% bonus.
