We are looking for a bold

Account Director

to join our team at a fast‑growing company. In this role, you will lead two to four major client accounts, driving strategic business impact, creating a world‑class client experience, and steering mid‑to‑long‑term growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate phenomenal client relationship management, inspiring team leadership, strong critical thinking skills, and an understanding of the digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead cross‑functional marketing strategies and roadmaps aligned with client priorities that drive results and grow the business on a one‑to‑three‑year horizon.

Regularly communicate overall health of accounts to key senior internal & external partners.

Own overall performance KPIs, maintaining a pulse against goals and removing barriers to drive momentum.

Lead, retain, and grow the overall relationship and performance of two to four Ovative accounts.

Effectively manage client relationships, establishing trust and credibility, serving as an expert on digital media, measurement, and the overall business model.

Own relationship strategy and create strong relationships with key decision makers beyond day‑to‑day contacts.

Actively coach account teams, account managers & future account directors to solve complex client problems.

Support teams in structuring workstreams, allocating resources, providing role clarity, and aligning subject matter expertise.

Foster a culture of open communication and candid 360‑degree feedback.

Inspire account teams and direct reports to achieve quarterly, annual, and long‑term goals.

Inform staffing strategy and help recruit, onboard, and develop new Ovative team members and leaders.

Qualifications

Strong analytical, conceptual, and big‑picture problem‑solving skills using sound critical thinking techniques.

Experience building, leading, and developing diverse teams from a range of backgrounds.

Business acumen and deep understanding of how digital can drive enterprise business forward.

10+ years of experience directly responsible for leading cross‑functional business strategies with clear communication, structured problem solving, and project management ownership.

5+ years of experience managing direct reports.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred

Hands‑on digital marketing strategy and execution experience driving business impact.

Digital strategy consulting experience.

Media planning and buying experience.

Experience across both branding and direct response initiatives.

Pay Transparency For Director positions, the compensation range is $123,000–$228,000 annually, inclusive of a 30% bonus.
