This role supports several high-growth tech funds and provides the opportunity to work closely with leaders who value accuracy, collaboration, and professional development.

Responsibilities
Review quarterly NAVs, capital statements, and financial reporting prepared by the fund administrator.
Oversee financial statements, management fees, and carried interest calculations.
Lead the yearly audit process and manage requests from external auditors.
Monitor cash availability, capital activity, and fund flows across tech‑focused funds.
Support quarterly valuations and prepare materials for valuation committees.
Analyze portfolio company performance for quarterly review meetings.
Partner with Investor Relations on reporting, fundraising materials, and due diligence requests.
Assist in process enhancements, reporting automation, and ongoing finance initiatives.
Your Background
8+ years
of experience in fund accounting, investment management, or public accounting.
Big 4 audit or advisory experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial statements and partnership structures.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive — someone who enjoys improving processes and understanding the “why.”
A collaborative, low‑ego professional who works well across teams.
