$220,000 – $280,000 per year
Position Overview Director of Preconstruction and Estimating
We’re seeking an experienced professional ready to take on a new challenge. In this role you will lead estimating and preconstruction activities across Office, Education, and Healthcare segments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight of estimating & preconstruction.
Engage with clients to pursue new projects and develop rough budget estimates.
Support the development of estimating and project management staff.
Manage supplier negotiations, subcontractor relations, design assist, design‑build, contract and risk management.
