Role Description

This is a full-time role based in Weehawken, NJ. The Lead of Business developmeng will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, presenting tailored financial and business solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities also include managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with team members to develop strategies to drive business growth.

Qualifications

Proven sales abilities, client relationship management, and business development skills

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking capabilities

Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, on-site team environment

Prior experience in corporate finance or business consulting is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field

Proficiency in office productivity tools and CRM systems
