Telecom Senior Software Engineer at

will design, build, and maintain software and systems for communication networks, focusing on coding, testing, integrating, and optimizing network performance, security, and user experience. The role works with APIs, protocols, hardware, and cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable, efficient data exchange.
Key Responsibilities
Software Development: Code, test, and maintain telecom applications, focusing on Genesys Cloud UCaaS and CCaaS, VoIP, chat, and email, and data services.
Performance Optimization: Enhance network efficiency, reliability, and security.
Protocol Implementation: Work with networking protocols and standards.
Collaboration: Partner with network engineers, architects, and other teams.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Debug issues and ensure smooth operation.
Documentation: Create technical specifications, network diagrams, and system documentation.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Programming: Strong programming skills, knowledge of telecom standards, networking frameworks, and RESTful web services.
Technologies: Experience with Genesys Cloud UCaaS, CCaaS, VoIP, and related technologies.
Soft Skills: Problem‑solving, attention to detail, analytical thinking, teamwork.
Experience: 2+ years of programming experience.
Languages: Modern languages including JavaScript, Java, Swift, etc.
DevOps: Proficiency in automated testing, TDD, containers, micro‑services, CI/CD, cloud deployment.
