Design, develop, and maintain telecom applications, focusing on Genesys Cloud UCaaS and CCaaS, VoIP, chat, email, and data services Optimize network performance, reliability, and security Collaborate with network engineers, architects, and other teams to ensure effective data exchange Troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth operation of systems Document technical specifications, network diagrams, and system processes What is Required (Qualifications)
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum 2+ years of programming experience in modern programming languages including JavaScript, Java, and Swift Strong knowledge of telecom standards and networking frameworks Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
