Responsibilities
Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap.
Build frameworks and track key product success metrics such as cost, feature, reliability, and risk posture.
Play a critical role in incident response, facilitating product communication during production outages.
Demonstrate superior judgment to mitigate risk and foster an environment where risk/control issues are escalated.
Instill a security-first mindset through coaching and mentorship, identifying growth opportunities throughout the team.
Communicate effectively and build a shared understanding; invest in relationships and improve collaboration with a “one team” mentality.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end product lifecycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, and value management.
Understanding of systems development methodologies and ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
Knowledge of electronic banking products and systems.
Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
Ability to communicate across multiple teams with influencing and relationship skills.
Knowledge of payments, risk, and security.
Base Pay Range $122,550.00/yr – $201,000.00/yr
