$150,000 - $175,000 + Bonus

For this Director position you will drive the strategy, innovation, and performance of the firm's advisory products and platforms.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead long term advisory product strategy aligned with enterprise growth goals
Oversee architecture, operations, and enhancements for the corporate advisory platform
Manage key TAMP partnerships to ensure competitive offerings and strong service delivery
Partner with compliance and operations to maintain regulatory and supervisory standards
Drive advisor adoption, platform utilization, and fee based business growth through cross department collaboration
What You Need for this Position
7-10+ years in wealth management, advisory platforms, or financial services operations
FINRA Series 7 & 66 required; Series 24 must be obtained within 120 days of hire
Deep expertise in fee based platforms, billing, trading workflows, and compliance requirements
Strong analytical capability to assess performance, risk, and platform economics
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross functional initiatives, plus proficiency with Salesforce, workflow tools & advanced Excel/reporting
