Our client, a public AI company delivering Enterprise AI software, is looking for a VP/Senior Director of Information Technology to lead and scale their IT organization. This executive will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s overall IT strategy, scalable systems, and secure, efficient operations across the enterprise. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy. Lead and inspire a team of IT professionals across HelpDesk, Business application and system management. Oversee all IT operations including cloud, ERP/CRM platforms, Corp IT cybersecurity, and data management. Partner with business units to understand their technology needs and deliver effective solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency. Ensure enterprise systems and platforms scale. Own and optimize the company’s IT budget, vendor management, and technology procurement processes. Stay ahead of technology trends and innovations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive role. Proven track record leading IT in a mid-sized to large organization (500–2,000 employees), ideally in a multi-site or hybrid environment. Deep experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM), cloud platforms (O365, Netsuite, Atlassian), Windows, MacOS and modern workplace tools. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, data governance, compliance (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001), and risk management. Demonstrated success in building, leading, and mentoring high-performing IT teams. Certifications such as CISSP or ITIL are a plus.
