In this role, you work in our Data Science department, collaborating with diverse teams to solve challenges that impact real‑world applications. Located in Wilton, Connecticut, you bring your passion for data and problem‑solving to an inclusive and dynamic workplace, whether you are early in your career or bringing years of experience.
Role and Responsibilities
Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and patterns that support strategic decision‑making
Design and implement predictive models to address technological challenges within the semiconductor industry
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into data‑driven solutions
Communicate findings in a clear and actionable manner to technical and non‑technical audiences
Develop data visualization tools that make insights accessible and impactful
Ensure the quality and integrity of data through robust validation and testing processes
Stay up to date with best practices in data science and apply them to ongoing projects
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
1 or more years of experience applying data science methods in a professional or academic setting
Experience working with industry‑standard tools such as Python, R, or SQL
Background in developing and deploying predictive models using real‑world datasets
Experience in the technology or manufacturing sector is a plus
Skills
Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques with confidence
Communicate complex ideas clearly to a variety of audiences
Data cleansing (ETL)
Deep understanding of statistics
Data storytelling
Handle large datasets efficiently and with attention to detail
Comfortable using data visualization tools to share insights
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Approach challenges with a growth mindset and willingness to learn
Manage time and priorities to meet deadlines
Demonstrate ethical responsibility in handling data and information
Proactively seek feedback and opportunities for personal and professional development
Adapt quickly to new technologies and evolving project requirements
The current base annual salary range for this role is currently: $99,375-165,625.
Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job‑related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
Employees are offered medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, 401(k) plan, eight hours of vacation leave every month and 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
