You will be the driving force behind our hotel’s success, overseeing all aspects of operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Your daily tasks will include managing staff, budgets, and the overall profitability and reputation of the hotel. You will report to the Corporate Director of Operations. A career as a general manager can lead to various executive-level opportunities within the hospitality industry, such as regional director, vice president of operations, or even corporate-level positions. Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or comparable program, Highly Preferred. 3-5 years of General Manager Experience, Required. Hilton, Hyatt, and/or Marriott Experience, Required. Proven success in driving Guest Satisfaction Scores. Ability to lead Revenue and Sales. What You’ll Need to Succeed
Eligible to work in the United States. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
