WEBIT Services is a leading Managed Services Provider focused on positive change. We are looking for a vCIO to join an existing team that drives impact within our customers' businesses. Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Position yourself as the customer's Chief Information Officer – guiding their business through the lenses of risk mitigation, efficiency, and growth. Own the relationship on behalf of WEBIT Services. Advocate internally for process change and improvement to meet the needs of your customers' strategies. Work hand in hand with operations staff to manage GAP assessments and new client onboarding. Act as the executive level escalation point for service concerns. Conduct strategic business reviews on a recurring cadence set by the needs of the customer. Grow project revenue. Escalate issues to internal staff as needed. Actively participate in project scoping, quoting, and implementation. Qualifications
3+ years of experience successfully selling Managed Services in the Chicago Metro Area as an account executive or vCIO. Tangible examples of MSP sales or account management success history. Record of consistently reducing churn and client satisfaction. Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills. Ability to manage a book of business spanning multiple verticals. Deep experience working with Lifecycle Insights. Proficiency in Autotask or other PSAs. Strong organizational and time management skills. Motivated to achieve maximum impact. Ability to travel daily throughout the Chicago metro area for meetings, networking, and occasional evening and weekend work events. Consistent internet connection with a mobile backup/hotspot. Full time, hybrid work arrangement. Benefits
