The University of Nebraska Medical Center’s Department of Psychiatry in Omaha, NE is looking for a Consultation Liaison Psychiatrist to join our dynamic faculty team. This position offers a rewarding blend of clinical practice, teaching, and the opportunity to engage with a diverse patient population, while contributing to the development of future healthcare providers.
With 41 dedicated faculty members, our department co‑administers a fully accredited residency program in general psychiatry and post‑doctoral fellowship programs in addiction medicine and forensic psychiatry.

Qualifications
Board certified or board eligible in general psychiatry
Interest in providing inpatient psychiatric consultation services to hospitalized patients
Experience in both general psychiatry and addiction psychiatry preferred (but not required)
Fellowship training and/or board certification/eligibility for consultation‑liaison psychiatry or addiction psychiatry preferred
