US Staffing Professional (Expert in MSP/VMS Talent Delivery) - Connecting Dots
Schedule: M-F 8-5 (1 hour non-billable lunch) with flex depending on business needs and pre-approval
Hard-set start date of Jan 5th and hard-set end date of Jun 26th with potential to be extended/adjusted later depending on performance and business needs.

Job Description
The Indirect Procurement team is seeking a highly motivated, independent, and exceptional IT Senior Global Supply Manager to support our mission of bringing innovative products to life. This role is responsible for managing the IT Software category for the company.
The Senior Global Supply Manager (IT Software) will oversee all commercial aspects of new business awards and renewals, present contract award recommendations to senior leadership, negotiate software licensing cost & agreements, and build strong partnerships with both suppliers and internal stakeholders. The role will also be responsible for managing strategic suppliers by establishing and leading quarterly business reviews to ensure ongoing alignment, performance, and value delivery.
This position requires conducting spend analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess software performance, and ensuring suppliers meet and RVT's cost, quality, and timeline objectives. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end sourcing process, driving both operational excellence and strategic supplier engagement. This role reports to the Manager of IT Software within the Indirect Procurement organization.

Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
8+ years in same/similar role
Strong attention to detail and executive presentation skills
Experience thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment such as a startup
Qualification
8+ years of relevant Information Technology (IT) related software licensing experience
8+ years of experience performing strategic sourcing, cost analysis, negotiations and contract negotiations in an indirect procurement environment
Previous ERP systems and purchase order processing experience – Coupa preferred
Previous Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system experience – Ironclad preferred
Able to work independently with little instruction and can adapt to change
Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to details and deadlines
Able to work well with others in a team environment
Effective communication skills and customer service approach
Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
