Define and drive a unified technology strategy across the incubator Partner with founders on product development, architecture, and early technical hiring Architect shared systems, data infrastructure, and internal tools used across operating companies Lead development of AI agents, automation workflows, and vertical AI tools for real‑world businesses Build and manage cross‑functional teams across engineering, AI/ML, data, and product What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Founding Engineer in a high‑growth tech environment Proven ability to build and scale products Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands‑on levels Experience guiding early‑stage teams through architecture and execution About the Incubator
