Position Brief: The Chatham Group: Specialty Chemicals and Technologies Recruiting Firm is seeking highly qualified candidates for a Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist role for a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in the Houston, TX area. The ideal candidate will have completed a PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy Residency Program, have demonstrable experience as a Pharmacist in acute care pediatrics, hold accreditation through the American Society of Health System Pharmacists, and be licensed to practice in Texas.
Responsibilities: Develop and oversee clinical pharmacy initiatives to enhance patient outcomes by optimizing utilization and cost-efficiency Act as trusted source on pharmacotherapy decision making process while delivering direct clinical pharmacy support to patients and care teams Collaborate with the Department Director on other management and leadership initiatives as deliberated
Requirements: Doctorate of Pharmacy Demonstrable experience in Clinical Pharmacy within acute care pediatrics or pediatric intensive care Completion of PGY2 Pediatric Pharmacy Residency Strong customer technical services and hospital software proficiencies
Relocation may be provided for highly qualified candidates and compensation will be commensurate with experience level.
