Payroll Analyst

Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Analyst:

Act as the primary contact for payroll-related questions regarding paychecks, deductions, and policies

Manage high-volume calls through the payroll hotline with professionalism and service focus

Prepare, audit, and process payroll cycles efficiently and accurately

Collaborate with fellow Payroll Analysts to maintain consistent, smooth payroll operations

Partner with HR, Accounting, and other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance xrczosw
Qualifications of the Payroll Analyst:

3+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Experience with PeopleSoft or ADP preferred

Ability to stay organized and maintain composure under tight deadlines

Union payroll experience is a plus but not required; training can be provided
