What You'll Do:

• Lead AP/AR, payroll coordination, cash management, and GL
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Prepare financial reporting for leadership
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and grant financials
• Supervise a small accounting team

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 5-10 years of accounting experience
• 3+ years of staff management
• Excel proficiency
• QuickBooks preferred
• Must work onsite initially; hybrid possible after 3 months
