Description Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions while overseeing program metrics and analytics. Creates and manages interactive dashboards to drive data-driven decision-making. Partners with stakeholders to identify, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) that support business objectives Key job responsibilities
- Design and implement dynamic dashboards and reporting solutions
- Manage program metrics and performance tracking systems
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights
- Develop and maintain data visualization tools
- Create and standardize reporting processes
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business requirements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Present analytical findings to leadership

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
