We are immediately hiring a Warehouse Quality Manager in Houston, TX for our Supply Chain Solutions division. Speak with a Recruiter about the position.

Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid Twice Per Month

Annual Salary Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, hours to be determined.

Summary

The Warehouse Quality Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. They will lead direct reports and attain daily operational goals within the assigned area.

Essential Functions

  • Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
  • Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees
  • Manage day‑to‑day planning and scheduling
  • Health and Safety Management
  • State/Local/Federal regulations compliance

Additional Responsibilities

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Fundamental knowledge of supply‑chain management components – intermediate required
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production – advanced required

Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
  • Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field required
  • One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) – advanced required
  • Logistics industry knowledge – advanced required
  • Knowledge and understanding of customer/company local and federal regulations – advanced required
  • Fundamental knowledge of supply‑chain management components – intermediate required
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing and production – advanced required
