- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Organize and oversee logistics for events, conferences, and team meetings.
- Handle administrative tasks such as record-keeping, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Support onboarding processes for new team members.
- Assist with operational reporting, including tracking budgets and reviewing data.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of detailed messages and updates to the executive team.
- Monitor and improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects to support organizational goals.
