What you will need to succeed in this role:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans in close partnership with leadership to drive new logo growth across the live entertainment, sports, and venues landscape.
- Owning the hunt: partnering with our BDR team to identify and engage priority accounts, leading compelling first conversations that clearly articulate vivenu's value to event organizers, venues, box office teams, executives, and rights holders.
- Turning strong first impressions into momentum by converting discovery calls into high-quality second meetings and full sales cycles.
- Leading opportunities through to close, bringing new partners onto the vivenu platform, and expanding our footprint across the live events ecosystem.
- Navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees - from event operators, box office staff, and marketers to technical teams, finance, and customer experience leaders.
- Building trusted, long-term relationships by deeply understanding each organization's ticketing goals, strategy, and audience.
- Staying ahead of the market by tracking emerging trends, new event formats, evolving fan expectations, and competitive solutions shaping the future of ticketing and live experiences.
What you will need to succeed in this role:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Sports, Arts & Entertainment, or a related field.
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience in live entertainment, ticketing, sports, venues, SaaS, or related industries, with a proven track record of selling solutions or operating within these sectors.
- Experience driving digital transformation, helping organizations adopt new technologies, modernize workflows, or optimize go-to-market and fan engagement strategies.
- Strong understanding of the live events and ticketing landscape, with a passion for how technology powers fan experiences (preferred).
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to link technology to business outcomes and audience impact.
- Consultative, disciplined approach to sales, with strong organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Commitment to continuous learning through industry conferences, summits, and ongoing engagement with the live events and ticketing ecosystem.
