Description We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Marlton, New Jersey. This is a long-term contract position ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in managing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records. The role requires proficiency in bookkeeping practices and familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks. Manage and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately. - Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are up-to-date. - Maintain organized and detailed financial documentation for reporting purposes. - Utilize QuickBooks to manage and track company finances efficiently. - Prepare periodic financial reports to support decision-making processes. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies in financial records. - Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting tasks. - Handle inquiries related to financial transactions and provide solutions. - Support audits by preparing required documentation and reports.
