- Handle email correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
- Organize and maintain files, ensuring documents are easily accessible and properly stored.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting arrangements efficiently.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for various administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations during meetings or other events.
- Proven experience in customer service, office clerk, office assistant or front desk roles.
- Skilled in managing multi-line phone systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
