**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for personnel and property.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain awareness of activities within the location.
  • Report and document incidents, hazards, and/or suspicious activity according to Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and emergency responders as needed to support incident resolution and security-related operations.
  • Remain alert to potential hazards and/or security-related concerns unique to manufacturing and industrial environments.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
