**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the location's needs.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues.
  • Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns according to site protocols.
  • Communicate with staff, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner while carrying out assigned security-related duties.
  • Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or monitoring entry points as required by site policies.
  • Document incidents and daily activities in a clear and accurate manner as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
